Please do not email secrets

Do not send a password, one-time code, NRIC or passport number, bank login, card number, full bank-account number, or a complete Financial Profile. We will never ask for your password by email. For a calculation issue, send only the tool name, displayed rule/source date and a minimal example with personal details removed.

Response target: We aim to acknowledge ordinary enquiries within five business days. Complex, security or privacy matters may take longer.
