Sources & data freshness

Every important number
has a source.

When a tool uses dated reference data, it shows the source, applicable reference period and status near the relevant data or result. A successful check date is not the same as the source period.

Data freshness

Refresh timing follows the data.

The source period, last successful check, latest refresh attempt and user input are different dates. Tools distinguish current, stale, partial, unavailable and dated historical-fallback data.

Does a source or status look wrong? Report a correction.

CurrentThe expected reference period passed a successful check
StaleThe latest expected publication is not verified; the last valid value is retained
PartialOnly some sources succeeded; the coverage is shown in the details
Unavailable / historical fallbackA refresh failed or only a dated packaged snapshot is available; it is not presented as current
User assumptionEntered for each calculation; it is not official live data
